Since 1950, Sole y Goíta has been offering the best artisan sausages. Today, from our sausage factory, with a deep-rooted tradition since its foundation in 1950, we continue to make our sausages just as our grandparents did.

We are proud to offer high quality products, made with selected meats and ingredients and following traditional production processes.

At Sole y Goíta, we specialise in a wide variety of sausages to satisfy the most demanding palates. Our catalogue includes salchichón, sweet chorizo, spicy chorizo and beef jerky.

Each of our products is made according to traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

In addition, we ensure that we comply with the highest food safety standards at all stages of production.

As well as having our own farm in Daroca, we work closely with trusted local suppliers to ensure we source the freshest and tastiest ingredients.

In addition, we have a team of professionals who are passionate about their work and whose skill and dedication ensure that our cured meats are truly exceptional.

Our hallmarks

The years, the appreciation of the customers and the changes in the way of elaboration, motivated that fifty years after the beginnings, an installation capable of carrying out the whole process of elaboration in a precise and measured way and maintaining the way of working of the beginnings was set up.

Selected lean pork of the highest quality with the addition of bacon, salt, garlic and paprika from La Vera, either sweet or spicy, 24 hours of airing of the meat after the addition of the ingredients, stuffing in natural casings and maturing for a minimum of one and a half months and up to two months.

These have been and continue to be the family’s hallmarks.
